Please pay special attention to the proper use of the apartment and the cleanliness of the textiles. Please do not use silicone lubricant or massage oil on beds or other textile furniture.
No smoking in the apartment! Candles and incense are not allowed.
The tenant is responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents. If you notice any damage or disorder, please inform me immediately. This way I can ensure you a pleasant and comfortable environment.
